Our cups requests are sent out in batches once per week. We ask that you please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. If you haven't received your cups after 4 weeks, feel free to contact us (information below)
It is also possible that your address was entered incorrectly and was sent back to us. If this happens we do our best to get a hold of you for accurate information. Please provide a good phone number and email address when you submit your request! We only use your information for contact purposes, unless you opt-in to receive emails or texts yourself.
Lastly, if you requested multiple pairs of cups, its possible we attempted to reach out to you via email for proof of purchase. Failure to provide proof of purchase may result in the request being cancelled.
We allow one pair of cups per new reacher. If we notice multiple requests from the same person/company/address, we will reach out for proof of purchase. Receipts more than 90 days old from the date of request will not be accepted.
These cups are made from durable rubber and are meant to last a long time. Many of our customers rarely need to replace their black cups!
